The Strategic Management Board of the “Hub Azul, Infrastructure Network for the Blue Economy” met today in Porto to discuss a governance model that promotes synergies between SMEs and start-ups, large companies, interface centres and universities. The Secretary of State for the Sea, José Maria Costa, took part in the proceedings.
